A web-based town twinning tool will be developed in close collaboration with the Union of Municipalities of Turkey (UMT). This tool will include information also about the institutions that are directly responsible for implementation of town twinning initiatives. The town twinning tool will be introduced to local authorities in Turkey during the "International Town Twinning (Closing) Conference" to be held under the scope of the Project.
