Final Report Training, which is the second and the final training for grant beneficiaries within the scope of the Town Twinning between Turkey and the EU Grant Scheme was held on 30-31 October 2019 in Ankara.
The opening speech of the 2-day training was delivered by Mr. Giulio GENTILE, the Deputy Head of Section – Trade and Other EU Policies of the EU Delegation to Turkey, followed by Mr. A. Hakan Atik, Head of Department of Project Implementation, Directorate for EU Affairs.
In the morning sessions of the Final Report Training program, which started after the opening session, information on grant reporting procedures and related tools, general rules concerning reporting and regarding the content of technical reports was given. In the afternoon, workshops were held.
The training on the second day evolved around the content of financial statements, general rules concerning the preparation of financial statements, final report package checklist and report delivery procedures. Final Report Training ended with a closing session after the workshops.
