First Monitoring Visits within the scope of “Town Twinning between Turkey and the EU Grant Scheme” were finalised.
Monitoring visits, organized so that implementation period of 23 grant projects will be efficient and appropriate to the terms of contract, have been organized with the participation of the experts of DEUA, UMT, UP and TAT. Implementation processes, procedures and improvements of grant projects, potential problems and needs of co-beneficiaries have been monitored during the visits. The first phase of monitoring visits concluded on 28 February 2019.
