The grant implementation training conducted within the scope of Town Twinning between Turkey and the EU Grant Scheme was completed on 25 January 2019. The training was initiated on 23 January 2019 with the attendance of Ahmet Kazan (Deputy Secretary General of Union of Municipalities of Turkey), Giulio Gentile (Deputy Head of Trade and other EU Policies of Delegation of the European Union to Turkey) and Bülent Özcan (Acting Director General for Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation of Directorate for EU Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs) after the opening event. The participants were trained about the grant implementation procedures, project implementation methods, procurement procedures, reporting and monitoring information system by the representatives from Technical Assistance Team and Directorate for EU Affairs during the training. The Grant Implementation Training completed after the participants received their certificates.
