Objective of the Project 

•To establish sustainable dialogue between Turkey and Spain on Women Entrepreneurship and Employability, 
•To increase disadvantaged women employment rate and provide gender equality on the labour market at local level.

Activities / Outputs

•Following the need analysis to be conducted on local level, a special training programme in the entrepreneurship field will be designed for women  Also, a handbook about the training will be prepared.
•Three Entrepreneurship and Employability Trainings will be organised targeting 42 women participants  
•Eight women who will meet certain criteria will be provided with two months mentorship.
•Mutual study visits and need analysis at local levels will be conducted in order to develop cooperation between two cities and strengthen women’s roles in the community with the participation of several women organisations active in those cities. 
•Following the studies, reports will be produced, and results of studies will be shared publicly.
For women, an online E-Social-Learning Platform will be developed with different educational sections designed for different sectors and businesses, as well as other platforms such as webinars, live podcast sessions, etc.
